The Bontebok Park, with the Breede River and its antelopes is located at a short distance. At 45 minutes driving, the Hoop National Park with its wildlife, stunning beaches and whale watching is a real beauty. Going in the opposite direction you’ll enter the semi dessert of the Klein Karoo, with several nature reserves, spa’s and pretty villages. And even the Robertson wine valley, with good wine tasting possibilities, can be reached in half an hour drive.
